Vunari · Help

Let’s get your table back together.

Find quick fixes and prepare a technical report that excludes nicknames, invitations, cards, balances, and Wi‑Fi network details.

Help inside Vunari

  1. On Home, tap your nickname or avatar to open Profile & Settings.
  2. Open Help & Feedback.
  3. Choose Check Nearby Connection, Report a Problem, Suggest a Feature, or Copy Diagnostic Information.
You control sending. Reporting or suggesting opens the iOS share sheet with a draft. Vunari does not send it automatically: review the text and, if you want help, send it to soporte@codeaeternum.com from your email app.

Quick fixes

Nearby table

The table does not appear

Keep Vunari visible on both devices, turn on Wi‑Fi, and allow Local Network in iOS Settings. Both devices must run the same Vunari version and be on the same network.

Invitation

The camera is unavailable

You can copy and paste the private invitation. Photos permission is not required. Avoid saving or sending screenshots of the QR code.

Return

The connection was lost

Return to Home and use the continuation card for the same table. Do not delete guest access while it protects an active hand.

Clear settlement

You need to reconcile the amounts

Open Table History and review balances, contributions, charges, recorded round awards, and debts. Vunari only records amounts; it does not process payments or move or hold money. Any settlement between participants happens outside the app.

What to include in a report

Do not include QR codes, private invitations, hands, balances, family nicknames, passwords, or Wi‑Fi information. If a screenshot is essential, hide that information first.

Privacy and deletion

In Profile & Settings → Privacy & Data, you can delete the local profile and preferences, family rules, or all game data. Read each warning: deleting access to an active table may prevent recovery of that seat or hand.

Read the privacy policy for details about data handling in version 0.9.0.
